Some Calgarians will be receiving phone calls during May and June 2022 asking them for their thoughts on policing in our city.
The calls are part of the annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey that is conducted by Illumina Research Partners on behalf of the Calgary Police Commission. The survey collects input from a random sample of Calgarians, controlled for age, race, cultural identity, location in the city and sex, to ensure that the Calgarians who respond are as representative of Calgary’s population as possible.
If you receive a call asking you to participate, the survey takes approximately 15 minutes and the caller can schedule a better time to call you back if you want. Your input is important as it provides insights on how well the Calgary Police Service is meeting the needs of Calgarians and helps guide future decisions on where to focus police resources.
We are grateful to everyone who takes the time to respond!
Reports on past Citizen Satisfaction Surveys are available on our website.
