Regular Commission Meeting

The Calgary Police Commission holds eight regular meetings every year, typically on the last Wednesday of the month. Each meeting includes a public portion where the Commission discusses a variety of topics with the Calgary Police Service leadership and hears from the public. There is also a private portion where the Commission discusses police conduct complaint investigations, personnel issues and any other sensitive matters that cannot be discussed in public.
If you wish to speak at the Commission meeting, you must register no later than noon on January 26, 2022, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 403-428-8221. Please include your full name, a phone number you can be reached at during the meeting, and the topic you wish to speak on. Speakers have up to three minutes to speak and must speak on an agenda item.
The meeting agenda is published a week before the meeting and other meeting materials are published immediately before the meeting starts. Both can be accessed on our meeting documents page.
