Curious what happened in policing last year?

The Policing in Calgary 2022 Annual Report is now available, following its presentation to Calgary City Council last week.

To better meet the information needs of Calgarians, our Commission produced a joint annual report with the Calgary Police Service this year. The one report covers both the priorities we set for the police service and what they delivered for our city.

Transparency around the police budget and complaints about police conduct also remains a priority in the new report and Calgarians will find more information than in previous years on these topics.

Whether you only look at a section or read the whole thing, we hope the new format provides a better picture of policing in your city last year.
